As a part of our growth LKQ is looking for a friendly, helpful, and organized Sales Administrative Clerk with knowledge of bookkeeping, multi user telephone system, and basic computer skills. As a Sales Administrative Clerk, you will manage the credit queues and other duties to increase customer sales. Our Sales Administrative Clerk will identify and attempt to resolve problems as they occur in a friendly manner. This position is ideal for someone that enjoys working with customers, sales people, and assisting team members. Also, you must be comfortable working in an office environment, where frequent interruptions may occur, and work well under pressure. Essential Job Duties:

1. Daily approval queue duties.

2. Prepare customers list of those that have stopped buying or slowed way down.

3. Assist sales manager with other excel charts, pivot tables, weekly sales games etc.

4. Contact customers when needed to fix issues with credits.

5. Communicate with Salespeople, and Manager regarding problems with credits or payments.

6. Initiate preliminary work associated with credit approvals.

7. Collecting Tax ID forms on a case by case basis.

8. Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.

9. Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ Corporation quality improvement system.

10. Assumes other duties as assigned.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
