Summary:
The Entry Level Production Worker will perform manual labor and assembly in a manufacturing environment where assignments may be repetitive.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Executes daily functions with key performance metrics in mind:
Safety, Quality, Productivity and Schedule.
Assembly and hand placement of components into printed circuit boards Clipping, cleaning, wiring, masking or any general tasks The use of multiple hand and power tools may be needed The successful candidate should possess the ability and attitude to perform repetitive tasks The position may involve prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Manual dexterity and the ability to focus on small objects for extended periods of time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a manufacturing environment and in conjunction with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Highly flexible in a fast paced continuously changing environment.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
This position has no required training prior to hire.
