We are looking for someone to help with the front desk and be the first impression of our location in Crystal River.
This person in this position helps keep the office running smoothly by greeting clients, collecting and filing documents, and handling office correspondence.
The perfect candidate will enjoy interacting with others, and be a solution-oriented, organized, and positive contributor to the team.
Assist clients or potential clients with scheduling appointments or initial consultations, while providing great customer service Telephone calls with new clients to gather information prior to their appointment with our office.
Organize, maintain, and search for hard copies and electronic files as requested.
Answer phone calls, direct callers to an appropriate staff member, and/or e-mail the appropriate staff member a message related to the call.
Perform general operational tasks, including copying, scanning, mailings, and postage, assisting walk-in clients, filing paperwork, handling voice mail messages, etc.
Work to make client satisfaction a top priority, finding quick resolutions to client complaints and concerns.
