The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be able to provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encourages children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to parents.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Develop lesson plans and activities that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of each child.
Observe and assess children's development, behavior, and progress.
Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress.
Provide guidance to children in their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Implement appropriate discipline strategies when needed.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
