We have 9 locations throughout the Tampa Bay/Nature Coast regions.
Our company is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the daily operation of our Crystal River, Inverness, and Dunnellon locations.
The Regional Manager will report directly to the Practice Administrator and will be responsible for hiring, training and developing team members in the northern region, as well as managing day-to-day administrative operations, working alongside the Finance Manager and Practice Admin on special projects and tasks, coordinating health fair events, and other projects to improve our business.
All new candidates must have a passion for cultivating a great, hard working team, a medical office background, and work well under pressure.
A successful candidate will also have the ability to create detailed reports that outline current operations and make recommendations for future growth.
Salary will be based on prior relevant experience in a medical office setting, medical office management, and hearing care practice employment/knowledge.
